Thomas Di Rienzo is a Principal at Odgers, based in Singapore, where he leads the Consumer Practice for Southeast Asia.
Thomas advises clients across the region on executive talent strategy and organizational transformation, helping businesses navigate change and build leadership teams that drive growth. With a strong foundation in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, Thomas brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience to his work in executive search. He began his career at LVMH, where he developed a deep understanding of the Consumer and Luxury sectors, honing his expertise in brand strategy, retail excellence, and customer experience.
Building on this foundation, Thomas moved to Hong Kong to develop a mobile training application tailored for luxury brands. The platform was designed to bridge the gap between retail excellence and frontline performance, equipping teams with real-time learning tools to enhance customer engagement and drive results.
Prior to joining Odgers, Thomas spent 3.5 years at Korn Ferry, where he was part of both the Consumer and CHRO practices. He led client engagements in talent assessment and executive search, working on C-suite placements across the APAC region.
Thomas holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing Management from the University of Staffordshire and Management from the University of Montpellier. Fluent in English and French, he brings a global perspective to leadership consulting in Asia.
