Seiji has over twenty years’ experience as a researcher in the executive search industry for international companies in Japan.
Prior to joining Odgers, Seiji was a board member and Research Director of an international boutique executive search firm in Japan. There, he successfully managed a wide range of search engagements, including corporate management, sales and marketing leadership, technical and engineering specialities. Seiji also has wider experience in organizational talent analysis and onboarding integration projects.
Based in Tokyo, a Japanese national and former US resident, Seiji combines his considerable experience identifying prospective talent, with both the business experience and cross-cultural skills to successfully interpret and implement a multinational company’s strategy in the Japanese market.
