Oswaldo Morales

Senior Professor in the Administration area, Graduate School of Business, ESAN University. Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences.

PhD in International Studies, Graduate School of Asia Pacific Studies, Waseda University (Japan). MBA, ESAN University (Peru). Master’s in economics and Regulation of Public Services, University of Barcelona (Spain). Master’s in business law, University of Lima (Peru). He is also a lawyer from this last institution.

His multidisciplinary experience allows him to approach human capital development from a creative perspective oriented toward value creation. Specialist in organizational culture, leadership, and change management.

Oswaldo has experience in advising and consulting companies on international projects. His interests are focused on management, organization, strategic analysis, intercultural management, skills development, and entrepreneurship.
