Michael Bou-Younes

Michael Bou-Younes is a Project Coordinator within the firm’s Executive Search Practice.

Based in Toronto, he works closely with the delivery and coordination teams to ensure successful project outcomes for clients across Canada. Committed to the success of each engagement, Michael leverages his project coordination skills and communication abilities to provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates alike.

Before joining Odgers, Michael worked for a global organisational consulting firm, providing project management support, focusing primarily on the Financial Services sector. Prior to his career in the executive search industry, he served as an Executive Chef for Pizzeria Libretto and as a Lead Instructor & Operations Manager at the Faema Culinary Academy in Toronto.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.
