Elizabeth Osborn

Elizabeth Osborn is a Coaching Account Manager within Odgers' Leadership Advisory Practice, based in Toronto.

Leveraging her experience across roles in research, leadership assessments, account management, and organisational development, Elizabeth supports the executive, team, and integration coaching lifecycle for clients across Canada, from initial client engagement to final reporting. As the primary client liaison, she ensures seamless delivery through effective management and communication, maintaining detailed engagement plans and materials.

Prior to joining Odgers, Elizabeth served as a Research and Development Partner at a local leadership and culture consultancy firm, where she honed her skills in account management and project execution. Before that, she worked as a Research Coordinator at the Guelph Organizational Trust Lab at the University of Guelph.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree specialising in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a master’s in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her strong academic background underpins her keen interest in workplace dynamics and her commitment to contributing to positive leadership development outcomes.
