Abhishek Srivastava

Abhishek joined Odgers as Head of Operations – India in October 2024 and is based in the Gurgaon office.

Abhishek has an overall executive search & market research experience of 20 years across diverse industries and geographies, handling business impact roles. His forte lies in setting up and stabilising processes, stakeholder management and business development support.

He has been part of the executive search space for a decade now and has been instrumental in setting up and running the operations of a leading executive search firm in Gurgaon as their Head of Operations & Research. 

In his previous role as Associate Director at one of the leading global executive search firms, he assisted & partnered with Consultants for project delivery across the Consumer, Leadership Consulting, Education, Social Enterprise, and CEO & Board Practices. He was also part of a leading KPO where he led their operations & service delivery team.  

Abhishek has completed his Masters in Marketing & Human Resources and his Graduation in Economics.
