She takes the lead on industry mapping, approach & assessment of potential candidates manages the delivery of executive projects and provides market intelligence to our clients.
Prior to Odgers, Vrushali was with Research Led Sourcing provider for over nine years where she worked across Financial, Technology, Retail and Entertainment providing Research and Sourcing, Talent Intelligence & Insights.
