Patrik Kvikant is a Partner and member of Board & CEO Services Practice of Odgers in the Helsinki office. He specialises in the Industrial, Technology and Service sectors.
He is also the Chairman of the coatings-solutions company Nor-maali Ltd. He has extensive leadership consultancy and executive search experience having completed over three hundred top level assignments since 1998.
Prior to joining Odgers, he was a partner in another leading global executive search firm 2004-2009. Patrik completed his formal education by receiving a PhD.
