Lottis Sparrman is a Partner at the Odgers´ Stockholm office. Lottis has spent most of her career within the retail and fashion industry.
She started at Accenture, then taking the step to work with Executive Search for several years at Odgers. Her search work covered a broad set of industries.
Prior to rejoining Odgers in January 2023, Lottis founded and ran a fashion company as a CEO for 15 years, with an organic growth reaching a revenue over SEK 100 million.
During her years as an entrepreneur, she was responsible for all company recruitment, including many different roles, areas and levels.
Lottis holds a BSc in Business and Economics from Lund University.
