John Byrne is Managing Partner of Odgers for Chile.
He is a leader in the Industrial, Board Services and Social Impact Practices in Latin America. His rich and varied background includes senior executive positions in finance, as well as work with world-class Chilean mining operations. From this he has gained valuable insight into the industry, particularly the challenges and opportunities for finding top-tier talent.
He has broad based experience in senior management and executive recruitment at the international level
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad Católica de Valparaíso & Certified Public Accountant as well as an MBL from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez
