Jaime Hernanz is a Researcher at Odgers Spain, where he contributes to identifying high-level executive talent and supports C-level search processes both nationally and internationally.
Graduated in Psychology from Universidad San Pablo CEU and currently pursuing a Master’s in General Health Psychology, Jaime has built a strong foundation in people assessment, interpersonal communication, and behavioral analysis—key skills in talent acquisition.
Before joining Odgers, he gained experience in recruitment and human resources at organizations such as Randstad Professional and the San Pablo CEU University Foundation. He has also worked in clinical settings, which has given him an empathetic and analytical perspective in his professional approach.
