David Peters

David joined Odgers in 1998 as part of the original management buy-in team.

Until the spring of 2025, he served as Group Finance Director for the UK business. During his tenure, he was instrumental in growing the firm from a 25-person operation with approximately C$5 million in revenue to a business with 480 employees and gross income of around C$185 million. He also played a key role in three successful ownership transitions in 2005, 2016, and 2023.

Currently based in Vancouver, David is the Senior Vice President of Shared Services for North America. In addition to his regional responsibilities, he continues to oversee global legal and administrative matters for the Odgers Group.

Before joining Odgers, David owned and operated a chain of restaurants in the UK. He later joined Barkers Response and Assessment, part of the Norman Broadbent Group.
