Swee Kee is an Associate based in Singapore, where she focuses on senior leadership searches across the industrial, life sciences, education, and consumer sectors in Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Odgers, she worked with a global recruitment firm on mid‑ to senior‑level hiring across FMCG, professional services, technology, manufacturing, and oil & gas. Her experience in fast‑paced, multi‑sector environments has strengthened her research discipline, from market mapping to competitive intelligence and candidate assessment. This enables her to bring strong analytical rigour to executive search projects.
Swee Kee holds an honours Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
