Paras Munjal

Paras Munjal is an Associate with Odgers based in Delhi NCR.

He is a member of the firm's Industrial and Consumer, Retail & Media practice with a particular focus on senior-level mandates across Manufacturing, FMCG and Omnichannel Retail, Renewable Energy and Fuel, Broadcast Media, IT/ITES and allied sectors.

He brings over 11 years of industry experience, having previously worked with leading multinational executive search firms. He has successfully delivered on C-Suite mandates across general management, functional leadership, and a wide range of business leadership roles for both domestic and global organisations.

He began his career in 2012 with Punj Lloyd Engineering as part of its Oil & Gas engineering consultancy team, and also gained international experience through assignments in Malaysia.

Paras holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School (France) and has a Bachelor’s of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from MDU.
