Kate Hamilton-Baily

Kate Hamilton Baily is a London-based Partner in Odgers’ Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations Practice, helping organisations secure the leaders who shape reputation, influence stakeholders and drive strategic impact.

She works across every sector of the economy, appointing Corporate Affairs Directors, Chief Communications Officers, Investor Relations leaders and specialists across Government Relations, Internal Communications and External Communications.

With over 20 years in executive search and extensive experience across EMEA, Kate brings sharp insight into how reputation, communications and capital markets expectations are converging. She partners closely with boards and executive teams to identify leadership that can navigate complexity, engage stakeholders and build resilient organisational culture.

Kate is a CTI trained Executive Coach and Hogan qualified assessor, enabling her to blend search expertise with deep leadership assessment and development capability. Earlier in her career, she served as an Army Officer in the British Army for six years. She studied History of Art at the University of Edinburgh and is an offshore sailor, having competed in the 2025 Rolex Fastnet Race.
