Jad Ghoussaini is an Associate within the Industrial Practice at the Odgers Middle East office based in Dubai.

He brings strong research expertise in executive search across the Industrial landscape, with particular exposure to Manufacturing, Utilities, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence & Security, Energy, Engineering & Construction, Power Generation & Distribution, and wider Industrial Services. He combines sector insight with analytical depth to support consultants and leadership teams in identifying high‑calibre talent for complex, technical, and strategically critical roles.

Before joining Odgers, Jad worked as a Researcher at an executive search firm based in Beirut, where he contributed to senior‑level assignments across the MENA region. Prior to his career in executive search, he was part of a Beirut‑based think‑tank, playing a key role in developing research initiatives spanning public policy, governance, and socio‑economic analysis.

Jad holds an MSc in International Public Policy from Royal Holloway University of London, and a BA in Political Science & International Affairs with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from the Lebanese American University. He is deeply committed to humanitarian and community‑focused initiatives and actively participates in organisations dedicated to social impact and positive change.
