Hanita Knight is a Senior Consultant with Odgers.

Based in Toronto, Hanita is a Senior Consultant in the Industrial Practice at Odgers, where she supports senior executive search mandates across North America and works across a range of leadership appointments spanning sectors and functions. Leveraging her experience in executive search, client advisory, and operations leadership, she partners with organizations to identify and assess exceptional talent, helping clients address complex and evolving leadership needs. Her collaborative and relationship-driven approach enables her to build strong partnerships and deliver thoughtful, tailored solutions.

Prior to joining Odgers, Hanita spent over four years at Tesla in progressive leadership roles across operations and client experience. During her tenure, she led customer and delivery operations, supported cross-functional teams through periods of rapid growth, and contributed to large-scale product launches. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the leadership capabilities required to succeed in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Hanita is passionate about community engagement and is actively involved in initiatives that support underprivileged youth and underserved community members. She is committed to creating opportunities for others and believes strongly in the importance of mentorship, inclusion, and giving back.

Hanita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University.
