Ben Podlich

Ben Podlich is an Analyst at Odgers in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Aerospace, Defense and Security practice.

Ben brings expertise in executive search with a strong foundation in defense industry trends, taking a hands-on approach to identifying candidates who meet and exceed client needs in today's evolving business landscape.

Prior to joining Odgers, Ben developed his communication and analytical skills through roles in sailing and education. As a sailing coach at the United States Naval Academy, he taught decision-making and leadership skills to future Navy officers. He also worked as a tutor in advanced math and physics, where he specialized in translating complex concepts into clear, practical insights for students.

Ben holds a BS in Physics with a minor in Nuclear Engineering from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, he is an avid sailor and hiker.
