Rafał Myler

Rafał is a co-founder and Partner of one of the country’s leading executive search firms.

Over a career spanning nearly three decades, he has led numerous senior-level assignments for international clients, particularly in the manufacturing, energy transition, infrastructure, and private equity sectors. His work is marked by a commitment to respectful, value-driven relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.

Before co-founding his current executive practice, Rafał gained strategic consulting experience at a top-tier Polish strategy consultancy, where he led pre-privatisation and turnaround projects for large industrial clients. He began his career at Mercedes-Benz AG in Germany, working on one of the company’s earliest Just-In-Time/lean management system implementations.

Rafał holds an MBA from Trent University in the UK, completed executive education at Harvard Business School, and graduated with distinction from the University of Economics in Poznań. He is a founding member of several HR and charitable organizations and has also launched and invested in HR tech ventures.

He speaks Polish, English, and German fluently, and enjoys running, swimming, cycling and Mosel Riesling.
