Philippa Towlson

Philippa Towlson is an Associate in the Board Practice at Odgers, specialising in Chair and Non-Executive Director appointments. 

Having joined the London office in 2023, Philippa delivers commercial board searches for a broad base of clients. This spans sectors, scale of business and ownership structures. She supports on FTSE 350 and other listed board appointments, while also working with privately held companies such as family-owned businesses, partnership organisations and private equity.

Prior to Odgers, she worked for a specialist business intelligence unit within a global media agency. Philippa started her career as researcher at a boutique executive search firm, supporting on a wide range of international assignments.

She holds an MA in English Literature from the University of Warwick.
