Jaime Belmont

Specialised in Organisational Culture, Development, and Talent. He currently leads the consolidation of the Odgers team and the development of the Organisational Culture and Executive Search business units.

Jaime joined Odgers in 2023, bringing over 25 years of global experience in consulting and management. His career includes more than five years leading C-Level Executive Search Consulting, Leadership Development, and facilitation of Organisational Culture and Change Methodology processes.

Jaime also has executive experience in Strategic, Commercial, and Operations areas in companies such as Odgers, Stanton Chase, AUNA, Grandvision, Adidas, and Alicorp, where he consistently had the opportunity to generate outstanding results by developing exceptional leaders and teams.

He holds a Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina, an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico, a Master’s in Digital Marketing and E-commerce from the University of Barcelona, and a specialisation in Sales Management from ESAN. Certified in Hogan Assessment and Organisational Culture.
