Iwona Czerwińska-Blok

At Odgers, as a Senior Consultant, Iwona is responsible for delivering executive‑level recruitment projects, focusing on senior management and board level across the financial services, insurance, construction and real estate sectors.

She brings over fifteen years of experience in recruitment, gained both in an internal HR department within a U.S. SaaS company and in an international Executive Search firm, where she delivered recruitment market‑mappings and human capital solutions projects across multiple industries in the European market.

Iwona holds a degree from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw, where she completed specializations in Work and Organizational Psychology as well as Personality Development Support. 

She is fluent in Polish and English.
