Tom Peters

Tom is a Principal in the Global Technology Practice and Scale Up Collective in London, working with founder-led, VC and PE-backed high-growth businesses. 

With over two decades as a commercial operator, Tom brings unique first-hand experience to his search work. His career has included senior roles at Deliveroo, Sky, and several early-stage start-ups, following a foundation in strategy consulting at Accenture and PwC. He has built and led teams, launched new ventures, scaled platforms and delivered products and services to millions of customers. 

At Odgers, Tom partners with founders, investors and boards on General Management, Operations and Commercial leadership appointments.  He primarily works across B2C and B2B platforms, marketplaces, and the infrastructure and AI layer powering the next generation of technology. 

Tom is also a mentor to early-career talent, an advisor to various startups and has a keen interest in the development of high-performance teams.
