Whitney McManama

Whitney is Head of Operations at Odgers U.S.

Whitney oversees the strategic alignment of resources and optimises processes to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role she was the Director of Talent Operations & Research where she was responsible for managing the Associate and Research teams. Whitney began her career in Executive Search as an Associate at Robert Half before transitioning to operations as the Director of Research. 
 
Whitney graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a BA in the Comparative Study of Religion.
