Jan Beckeman is a partner at Odgers' Stockholm office and focuses on executive recruitment in private equity, the manufacturing industry, technology services and life sciences.
He joined Odgers in 2022. Before that, he was Nordic CEO and senior partner at Roland Berger, a global management consulting firm, whose Nordic activities Jan was involved in starting.
His focus was on strategy development for leading industries, as well as supporting in the acquisitions of companies. Jan has extensive experience in developing companies in different parts of the world.
He has also worked with most private equity firms operating in the Nordic region. Before Roland Berger, Jan worked as a management consultant at Arthur D. Little, where he became a partner.
He was, among other things, globally responsible for the firm’s venture capital clients.
Jan holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Lund University.
