Ella Hauser is an Associate within the Global Technology Practice, focusing on executive and main board appointments within B2B SaaS and technology companies across the UK, Europe & the US.

Ella works across PE and VC backed companies, as well as those listed or privately held. 

Based in London, Ella supports the fee earners to deliver thorough search, at pace. 

Ella joined Odgers in 2022 from New Zealand, where she spent four years working in the countries leading search firm, working across ASX and NZX listed C-Suite appointments.
