Melissa Ng

Melissa is an Associate based in Singapore, specializing in senior leadership searches across the Financial Services, Industrial, and Life Sciences sectors.

She is recognized for her strong market mapping and analytical capabilities, coupled with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to execution.  In parallel, she supports Leadership Advisory engagements, leveraging her academic foundation in Psychology to bring a structured and insight-driven approach to talent and leadership assessment.

Melissa has developed broad experience managing end-to-end and complex research projects for clients across the government, education, and private sectors. This exposure has equipped her with a holistic understanding of research methodologies and stakeholder requirements, enabling her to deliver rigorous, high-quality insights. 

She holds an Honours degree in Psychology from Curtin University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.
