Bobbi Dahlstrom

Bobbi Dahlstrom, J.D., is a Senior Associate at Odgers in the New York office and a member of the Financial Services, FinTech, and Private Equity Practices.

Bobbi also has functional vertical expertise with finance, marketing & sales, and strategy. She takes a comprehensive approach to helping organizations build successful leadership teams, scale operations, and secure long-term success and profitability.

Earlier in her career, Bobbi was a member of a global executive search firm’s New York office, supporting retained searches in the industrial, technology, and real estate/construction sectors. Before entering the executive search industry, Bobbi founded a business development and sales/marketing consulting firm, primarily advising entrepreneurs and startups. She began her career practicing business and employment law as an Attorney and Business Development/Marketing Coordinator.

Bobbi received a BS in Biology and minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, as well as a JD from the University of St Thomas, School of Law, Minneapolis. She is a former Board Member and Social Coordinator for the Twin Cities Sailing Club, a former Board Member at Community Shares of Minnesota, and a Woman of the Year Candidate 2017 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.​
