Ross Woledge is a Partner and Head of the North American CFO Practice at Odgers.

He leads executive searches for Chief Financial Officers and senior financial officers across public, private, and private equity–backed organizations throughout Canada and the US.

Under Ross’s leadership, the CFO Practice has earned a strong reputation for delivering high-impact finance talent, including CFOs, Audit Chairs, Divisional CFOs, Chief Accounting Officers, Treasurers, and leaders in Risk, Audit, and Investor Relations – as well as select CEO appointments.

Prior to joining Odgers, Ross worked in New York with the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) in New York, where he focused on advancing best practices and global standards across the executive search profession.

In 2015, Ross co-founded the CFO Leadership Program in partnership with the Rotman School of Management, an intensive executive development curriculum designed to help newly appointed CFOs and those on the succession path excel in the role. He has additionally collaborated with the Institute of Corporate Directors on the report Champions for Change: Why CFOs are Critical to AI Success, the CPA Canada Foresight Podcast as well as being published in various newspapers.

Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Mark and St. John (UK) and remains actively involved with autism-focused charities, supporting initiatives that create meaningful employment opportunities for autistic adults.
