Cara Wood

Cara is responsible for leading our work across investment management, spanning public and private markets and across role types.

Based in Edinburgh, she has spent over 10 years advising on board, executive and management committee appointments industry wide for clients in the commercial sector as well as regulatory bodies, multilateral development banks, trade associations and publicly funded bodies.

She rejoined Odgers in 2018 following a year with a leading boutique board advisory firm. She previously served on TheCityUK’s inaugural Next Generation Leadership Council.
