Amelia Zwolińska

Amelia has been working in the Executive Search industry since 2023, when she joined the Polish branch of Amrop.

At Odgers, she specializes in in-depth industry mapping. She also provides project support to all partners and consultants at the Warsaw office. Amelia is keen to continue her dynamic growth within the business consulting sector. Currently, she is in her fourth year of Psychology studies at SWPS University, focusing on her master's thesis in the field of psychology of power and influence.
