Robby Meara

Robert “Robby” Meara is Principal within Odgers’ Industrial Practice.

Robby is focused on commercial, strategy, and operations roles across diversified manufacturing, distribution, and field-based services. He partners with PE-backed, privately held, and publicly traded clients to deliver executive search solutions across permanent and interim placements, as well as volume-based hiring.

Robby brings more than 15 years of experience in search and management consulting, including roles at Spencer Stuart as a Senior Associate and at Korn Ferry as a Principal within the Industrial Practice and Supply Chain Center of Excellence.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant for a boutique aerospace and defense advisory firm, supporting M&A due diligence, go-to-market strategy, and long-range planning for private and public sector clients, and served as an intelligence analyst for the Department of Defense.

He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MA from George Washington University, and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
