Bram Tijsseling

Bram is a Partner at Odgers and leads the Financial Services and CFO practices.

Focused on making an impact, for clients and candidates. With a calm approach, a listening ear and a pragmatic outlook, he brings structure where it is needed. That is typically Bram.

Within Odgers, he focuses on finding supervisory board members and executives in the financial sector, particularly in the areas of Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations and IT. He also advises (listed) organisations on the appointment of CFO positions and audit committee chairs.

Before joining Odgers, Bram built a long career in financial services. For more than fifteen years he held various senior management positions at EY, both in the Netherlands and internationally. That experience gives him a sharp understanding of the dynamics of financial organisations and the demands placed on their leaders.

Bram holds a Master's in Auditing & Accounting from Nivra-Nyenrode and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer.
