Thilde Sonne has been part of the Odgers research team since 2024, contributing to core projects and initiatives.

She actively participates in the AI working group, where she drives initiatives to optimize internal processes and strengthen organizational expertise in artificial intelligence.

With an academic foundation in Communication & IT from the University of Copenhagen, Thilde also manages data collection, analysis, and reporting to facilitate both internal and external collaborations.
