Naysan Firoozmand is Partner and Head of Leadership Advisory UK, based in London.

As Head of Leadership Advisory, he leads work spanning leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, culture, succession and organisational transformation. His approach combines psychological insight with a systemic perspective on leadership, performance and organisational effectiveness.

A Chartered Psychologist, Naysan is recognised for his work helping organisations strengthen the leadership capability required for long-term success.
