Kenny Chen

Kenny Chen has 20 years’ experience in the executive search industry and has a background in chemical sales, where he initially worked in Merck as a Product Manager focusing on the Universities, Academia and Hospitals segments in Singapore.

Kenny is highly experienced in conducting Life Sciences searches for commercial, Manufacturing, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs positions in the Asia Pacific, China, and Japan. Since joining Odgers in 2015, he is concurrently managing the Education sector, where he has successfully concluded several senior positions in the Higher Education, Academic and K-12 sectors. He is part of the global teams for Life Sciences and Education, which span the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Kenny graduated a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry (cum Laude) from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
