Odgers Berndtson is pleased to announce the appointment of Kaushik DasGupta as the Practice Lead for the Consumer & Retail Practice in Asia-Pacific.
This strategic appointment reflects the firm’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the region’s rapidly evolving consumer market.
Kaushik joined Odgers Berndtson in 2020 as a Partner in the Gurugram (New Delhi) office, specialising in the Consumer, Media, and Retail sectors. With over two decades of Search experience, Kaushik has successfully managed Chief Executive/CXO level assignments across various sectors, including FMCG, Consumer Durables, Media, and Retail. His tenure with Odgers Berndtson has significantly contributed to the firm’s success in India and beyond.
The consumer sector is a key focus as part of our growth plan in APAC. Kaushik's industry expertise and deep understanding of the consumer landscape will not only enhance our capabilities but also accelerate our growth trajectory in the region.
In his new role, Kaushik will lead the strategic growth of the Consumer & Retail Practice across the region, strengthening client engagement, expanding market presence, and fostering partnerships. His leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to clients in the APAC Consumer sector.
