Lene Albek leads our Front Office, which supports the firm’s consultants and provides service to our clients and candidates. She brings many years of experience in management, coordination, and overseeing the daily operations of the office. Lene has been with Odgers since 2008.

Lene holds an education in management and administration and has experience in executive search as well as several other industries.
