Anand Holani

Anand leads our Bangalore operations and is a core member of the Global Industrial Practice, specialising in leadership hiring across Engineering R&D, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Automotive sectors.

As part of his earlier stint, he worked with one of the world’s leading executive search franchises and subsequently moved to a global search firm. He has led various CXO and senior management appointments, including board-level searches, and has also spearheaded cross-border assignments across global offices.

Anand brings more than 15 years of rich global experience, including a decade in Leadership Advisory for clients across the Industrial and Technology industries. He has advised several global MNCs and Indian firms on their leadership capital challenges and made several critical & niche appointments. Prior to entering Executive Search, he worked on various hi-tech and advanced research projects in the UK, including with one of the world’s leading aerospace corporations and other major OEMs, for six years before moving back to India. He co-founded a pioneering aero start-up in 2007, which was recognised by the former President of India, and several of his other projects have been featured in international media, including BBC News.

He holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace from Cranfield University (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has completed his PRINCE2® (UK), Six Sigma (USA) certifications, and Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B). Anand is also trained & certified in Advance LeaderFit® Assessment accredited by Saville Wave International.
