Amrita Dutta

Amrita Dutta is a Principal based in the Gurgaon office, specialising in the Education and Social Sector.

Amrita brings more than 18 years of combined experience across the education and executive search sectors, spanning academia and the test-preparation industry. She has been instrumental in founding and scaling several educational initiatives and has served advisory roles in academic institutions and government bodies. 

After 15 years across various aspects of the Education and Social sectors, Amrita pivoted into the executive search industry 4 years ago, and since then, she has built and scaled education and social-sector practices at 2 large executive search firms. In her previous roles with these two firms, she has partnered with leading private and public universities and has addressed complex leadership searches, focused on both academic and other capability drivers.

Amrita holds a master’s degree in marketing from IMI, Delhi, and is an internationally published author.
