Camille advises senior leaders and boards on executive and strategic leadership appointments.
She plays a central role in Odgers’ work across financial services and leads the firm’s insurance practice. She also brings significant functional expertise in HR, Digital Transformations, which she applies across a broad range of sectors — well beyond financial services.
Before joining Odgers, Camille built a substantial career in banking and insurance, including ten years at Belfius and Belfius Insurance and fifteen years at AXA Insurance, working in close proximity to C‑level executives and executive committees. Her successive leadership roles spanned operations, major transformation programmes, commercial development, and people‑focused functions. This trajectory gave her deep familiarity with diverse organisational cultures, governance models, and strategic environments, while strengthening her expertise in leadership development, succession planning, organisational design, and workforce planning. She has also collaborated closely with nomination and remuneration committees to align leadership capabilities with organisational priorities.
In her Executive Search practice, Camille partners with CEOs, CHROs, executive committees and boards seeking to secure or reshape their leadership teams during pivotal phases — including growth, integration, transformation, and strategic repositioning.
Camille holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Louvain School of Management. She is fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
