Tim Condon

Tim Condon is a Principal in the Global Life Sciences Practice at Odgers.

Tim advises venture-backed startups, private equity-sponsored companies, and global enterprises on building leadership teams across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and animal health markets.

Prior to joining Odgers, Tim was Principal, Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice at ECB STAR, partnering with boards and executive teams on senior-level hiring and organizational design. He previously served as Managing Director of the Life Sciences Practice at Helix Executive Search & Recruiting, leading C-suite and senior executive assignments during periods of growth and commercialization.

Earlier in his career, Tim led global talent acquisition initiatives within Johnson & Johnson’s R&D organization and held roles with Diversified Search, Solomon Page, and Sharpstream Life Sciences.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Randolph-Macon College.
