Piia-Noora Kauppi is a Partner at the Helsinki office of Odgers.
Piia-Noora leads searches for Chairs, CEOs, CXOs and Non-Executive Directors across public and private companies as well as major public organisations.
Before joining Odgers, she served as Managing Director of Finance Finland. She is experienced board professional, currently serving on the boards of Gofore and UPM Kymmene, and as Chair of the SOS Children's Village Foundation.
Earlier in her career Piia-Noora was a Member of the European Parliament 1999-2008. She was recognised as a WEF Young Global Leader 2005-2010 and remains an active alumna.
Piia-Noora holds Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and has complemented executive education programs at Harvard and Yale universities.
