Søren Rysholt Christiansen

Søren Rysholt Christiansen is a partner at Odgers’ Copenhagen office, and he specialises in executive search within the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Odgers in 2022, Søren has operated as a partner with another global executive search firm after having gained 20 years of experience from executive roles within life sciences.

Søren has been the CEO of Acarix AB, a medical technology spin-out from Coloplast, and headed its IPO on NASDAQ Stockholm. Furthermore, he has held senior management roles at BK Medical, GN Hearing and Cook Medical.

Søren is a member of Odgers’ global life sciences practice group, and he holds a Graduate Diploma in International Business and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
