Mikael Sternberg is a partner at Odgers’ Copenhagen office, where he focuses on executive search within the sectors of Industry, Food, Biotech, and FMCG.
Mikael Sternberg is a partner at Odgers' office in Copenhagen, where he works with executive search within the areas of industry, food, biotech, and FMCG. Mikael is part of Odgers' global practices in industry, chemicals and process industries, and professional services.
Previously, Mikael worked in Executive Search for several years and, before that, held more than 20 years of experience in industry, including senior international roles in group management at Arla Foods and Danisco, as well as CEO of the packaging company Danapak and CEO of the textile company Kwintet. Mikael has lived and worked abroad for several years and has experience with private equity ownership, public listing, and cooperative ownership.
Mikael holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration (Cand. Merc.) from CBS and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. He has also completed the Board Masterclass program at CBS Executive.
Mikael has been with Odgers since 2019.
