Adela Harja

Adela Harja is a Project Coordinator in Odgers’ Montreal Office.

In her role, she supports partners throughout the executive search process providing project administration and coordination support.

Before joining Odgers, Adela developed strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations across global technology, gaming, and software organizations. Earlier in her career, she built a solid foundation in administrative and coordination roles within large professional services, energy, and financial services firms, bringing a highly organized and detail‑oriented approach to her work.

Outside of work, Adela values continuous learning and meaningful engagement with global communities. She is actively involved in volunteer initiatives, including supporting international cultural exchange and language‑learning communities, and contributing content for an internationally published author. Adela completed a university certificate in human resources and pursued her studies at Athabasca University.
