We are seeing that more and more boards are using board evaluations proactively as a strategic tool – not because they have to, but because they want to develop and improve.

In a time where the demands on boards are increasing rapidly – spanning strategy, risk, technological fluency, and geopolitics – it is no longer enough to simply “keep up.” Boards must be truly forward-looking.
