Odgers’ Role in the Women’s Board Award

Together with the jury of the Women’s Board Award, Odgers in Denmark has chosen to support and nominate outstanding candidates for the Women’s Board Award 2025. The Women’s Board Award is a role model award that highlights women with the potential, experience, and capabilities to take the next step in their board careers as chairpersons.

The purpose is to showcase inspiring female board members with strong leadership experience and well-documented competencies that make them clear candidates for chair positions. At the same time, the initiative emphasizes how diversity strengthens value creation in boards and sends a clear signal to Danish companies that proactive action yields far greater rewards than reactive measures.
