Ramona Kraft

Ramona Kraft fills senior HR leadership positions across the entire human resources value chain.

Her particular focus lies in appointing HR generalist roles such as CHRO, HR Director, Head of HR, Labour Relations Director (Arbeitsdirektor:in) and other strategic HR leadership functions. In addition, she oversees search mandates in the fields of people development, total rewards, talent acquisition, employer branding, employment law and organisational development.

She commands an extensive network within human resources. Drawing on many years of experience recruiting CHROs and other senior HR executives across a wide range of industries, she has a precise understanding of what modern HR organisations require and appreciates the importance of a well-matched appointment—one that accounts for leadership style, corporate culture and long-term success.

Before moving into executive search, Ramona Kraft worked for companies in the pharmaceutical sector in Mexico, at Youth for Understanding in Sweden and at Linnaeus University, where she gained experience in project management, organisation and planning. She holds a Master of Science in International Management, Finance and English from Linnaeus University in Sweden and also studied in Germany and Mexico. Alongside her native German, Ramona Kraft speaks fluent English, Spanish and Swedish.
