Maximilian Contzen

Maximilian Contzen is an Associate Partner in Odgers' Munich office and a member of the Technology, CIO and Business & Professional Services Practice.

He advises management consultancies, auditing companies, Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as other professional services firms on filling leadership positions.

Additionally, he represents the "Scale Up Collective" in the DACH region, a global network of experts within Odgers who work closely with private equity and venture capital, including the funds and their portfolio companies.

Before joining Odgers, he worked for several years in recruitment at renowned top-tier strategy consulting firms such as Bain & Company and The Boston Consulting Group.

Maximilian Contzen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
